Welcome to Lee Valley Film Office
Managed by FilmFixer
As Lee Valley Film Office, we provide a one-stop service for managing filming and photography on behalf of the Lee Valley Regional Park Authority. All professional filming and photography on the Authority’s land is licenced by us and we act as intermediaries across ownership lines. Our work is guided by the principles of the London Filming Partnership.
The park itself is a 10,000 acre gem stretching 26 miles across London, Essex and Hertfordshire. It is home to several nature reserves, marinas, heritage sites and lakes and has been recognised by the film industry as a picturesque and extremely film-friendly area. Filming has been facilitated within the park for blockbuster films such as Holmes & Watson and The Last Letter From Your Lover along with global TV dramas including Killing Eve, The Capture and the upcoming The Power. Thanks to its array of stunning backdrops, the park is also a popular location for filming music videos and commercials – Adidas, EE, Heineken, Lamborghini, Tommy Hilfiger and Vogue have all filmed there for recent campaigns.
One of our principal aims as the Lee Valley Film Office is to ensure that filmmakers respect the natural beauty of the park, its visitors and partners, and the people who work in the area. We work closely with the Metropolitan Police Film Unit, Essex Police and Hertfordshire Constabulary to ensure that all filming is managed safely and smoothly.
